SHIPPING, RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Seven10 Cornhole strives for accuracy and high-quality craftsmanship with the creation of all of our Cornhole bags, and we are fully committed to standing behind our products.

If you have any issues with our products that could possibly be related to the manufacturing process, we want to correct them and get you playing with Seven10 Cornhole bags again as quickly as possible! Please use the Contact Us tab on www.seven10cornhole.com to initiate the exchange/return/refund process. 

Shipping Policy:

  • All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the time payment processing is completed from the www.seven10cornhole.com website on normal business days.
  • All custom products that require longer production times will be fulfilled within the quoted timelines listed within the product description before purchase. 
  • Cornhole bags and NON-custom product orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days, excluding federal holidays. 
  • All customer orders will automatically receive an email confirmation and status updates during shipping.
  • Shipping is only available to addresses in the USA at this time.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received an order notification, please check your SPAM folder, as messages can be caught within your email client spam filters. If you don't receive an order confirmation please login into your account and submit a ticket for support.

Return Exchange and Refund Policy

All returns/exchange/refund requests due to manufacturing defects must be submitted within 30 days of the product delivery date by the original purchaser. Original products must be returned to Seven10 Cornhole, at the buyer's expense with shipping insurance strongly recommended. No returns/exchanges/refunds will be processed until the products are inspected by Seven10 Cornhole. No refunds/credits will be given for shipping charges.

What is eligible for return/exchange/refund:

  • 1) ANY Seven10 Cornhole products purchased from www.seventencornhole.com with defects that occurred during the manufacturing or shipping process within 30 days of the delivery date will be verified.
  • 2) The wrong item shipped based on what was originally purchased from the www.seven10cornhole.com website. 

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy Terms and Conditions:

  1. All requests for returns/exchanges/refunds due to manufacturer defects must be submitted via the original purchaser. 
  2. The Seven10 Cornhole return/exchange/refund policy applies only to purchases from www.seven10cornhole.com within 30 days through the website returns process accessible under the customer's account.
  3. We offer a ticketing system for all returns, but customers must log in to submit tickets and return requests of the order delivery date, which is subject to these terms and our final inspection/discretion/approval.
  • NOTICE:  Please do not email us with return or cancellation requests or send messages using social media. It's imperative that you log in to your account and use the ticketing/returns system. Communicating with us outside of www.seven10cornhole.com including (FACEBOOK, TWITTER, OR MESSENGER) will delay or slow down the process and we might not receive your request and or have the correct information to process your request. 

If you have any issues with the returns process after you have submitted a ticket/return within your account and have not received a message with confirmation or notification within FIVE business days, please email [email protected] with escalation and we will get back to you ASAP. 

Seven10 Cornhole may request photo(s) of defective merchandise, and buyers agree to submit pictures if required. Defective products must be shipped back, in full*, to Seven10 Cornhole within five business days of receiving pre-approval notice.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for any and all returns/exchanges/refunds.

It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance on all packages submitted for return/exchange/refund, but it is not required; however, if a return/exchange/refund submission package does not make it to us, Seven10 Cornhole accepts no responsibility, and the return/exchange/refund pre-approval will be void resulting in no further action in accordance with or related to the pre-approval return/exchange/refund from Seven10 Cornhole *in total* references to a set of four Seven10 Cornhole Bags; all four bags must be sent back even if only one has a defect.

Once we receive your return/exchange/refund submission package:

  • We will determine the cause of any defects, and you will receive an email with our final approval or denial along with options available for you regarding returns/exchanges/refunds.

Exchanges:

We will accept requests for exchanges for non-customized merchandise purchased directly from Seven10 Cornhole. Exchanges will be granted for the same item if possible, and the customer agrees to accept substitutions from Seven10 Cornhole if the exact product is unavailable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your return, along with the options available. If the purchaser requests a refund, the refund minus shipping fees will be processed in the form of your original payment within ten business days.

Purchasers may also accept a refund in the form of a Seven10 Cornhole gift card automatically issued to you via email for the purchase amount, less shipping charges. Seven10 Cornhole gift cards are valid on any purchase from Seven10Cornhole.com for up to one year from the issue date.

Return/Exchange Policy for Custom Designed Products In addition to all terms in the policy overview:

Some of Seven10 Cornhole products are custom designed and made for each customer. Some products are offered with personalization options and may require longer production times. Buyer agrees to the terms prior to purchasing. Although we do offer a quality guarantee which covers material and workmanship, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges for any customized products, including but not limited to:

products with incorrect logos, customized text, spelling errors, and color variations. Seven10 Cornhole defines such products as everything purchased directly from seven10cornhole.com and does not offer returns/exchanges or quality guarantees on any products purchased from an unauthorized reseller. All customized Seven10 Cornhole product orders will be sent a proof of the product to the email address on file with the Seven10 Cornhole website, before shipment, and will have 48 hours to approve or make changes.

Cancellation Policy: 

            Once your order has been paid, confirmed and shipped we do not allow any                        cancellations. You may submit a return request through our website ticketing                      system via your account. All return requests are subject to the policy above.                       

Additional noteworthy items:

Enter the wrong shipping address when submitting your order, and the order is returned to us by the carrier. You will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to send the order back to you. Please double-check your order details and shipping information before submitting to ensure correct and timely delivery when ordering clothing merchandise; when in doubt, order up a size.
